Meet Rich Villandry

Rich Villandry, co-owner of Villandry Home & Outdoor Living, has spent a lifetime immersed in construction. Raised on job sites and taught by his father from a young age, Rich was born into the trade. What began as a young boy learning the basics of carpentry quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for building, rooted in craftsmanship, service, and legacy.

Rich’s father, Rick, launched his first company under the name Rick Villandry Remodeling in 1997. So, Rich grew up learning the business and joined it as soon as he could. It is a source of pride for him that he has continued his father’s legacy for high-quality residential work. Over the years, Rich has been an essential part of the company and helped evolve it into Villandry Home & Outdoor Living. Today, Rich and his team specialize in creating custom spaces that bring families together and enhance everyday living.

For Rich, construction isn’t just about the build. It’s about the people and the purpose behind each project. His vision is to grow the company in a way that gives back. The goal is to create opportunities for his team, leave a lasting mark on the community, and deliver projects that clients can enjoy for generations. When he’s not leading the team or meeting with clients, Rich enjoys hunting, ice fishing, hiking, and listening to podcasts.
