Meet the Team Behind the Craft
Rick Villandry Sr.
Co-Owner & Founder
Whether coordinating and overseeing project details, working with trade partners, or meeting directly with homeowners, Rick brings a lifetime of construction experience to his role as Founder, Co-Owner and Site Superintendent. After learning the trade alongside his father and gaining experience with several construction companies, he founded Rick Villandry Remodeling nearly 30 years ago, building it into what is now Villandry Home & Outdoor Living.
Known for his straightforward approach, honest communication, and unwavering commitment to quality, Rick is passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship and building lasting relationships with clients. He embodies an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way, holds those around him to a high standard, and works hard to ensure every project runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish.
Outside of managing projects, Rick enjoys spending time with family, and can often be found doing one of his favorite things - bopping around in his tractor and excavator.
Rich Villandry Jr.
Co-Owner
Rich brings a passion for innovation, design, and client service to his role as Co-Owner, Sales & Estimating. Having grown up on job sites alongside his father, Rick, he chose a slightly different direction and pursued a professional degree in Construction Management and Architecture before beginning his career with a Massachusetts-based engineering firm. He later joined Rick as a Partner in the family business, where he now works closely with homeowners from the initial consultation through project completion.
Known for his calm demeanor, analytical mindset, and approachable personality, Rich is passionate about helping guide clients through the process, while finding creative solutions to complex challenges. He is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the industry by continually exploring new products, materials, technologies, and building methods, while also focusing on building the strongest team possible.
Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and "putzing" around his yard.
Jared R.
Project Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jared brings a wealth of knowledge and a positive, solutions-focused attitude to every project. He got his start in the trades as a teenager working for a local general contractor, where he learned the fundamentals of construction before serving four years in the Marine Corps. After returning home, he continued building his career in carpentry and has since gained hands-on experience in nearly every phase of residential and commercial construction.
His broad background allows him to understand the entire building process from the ground up, making him a valuable asset on any project. He is passionate about delivering quality craftsmanship, helping bring homeowners' visions to life, and continually learning about new products and building methods.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, working around their small farm, firing up the smoker for a weekend BBQ, and tackling the next home project his wife has planned.
Brianna V.
Business Development, Marketing & Client Experience
Brianna brings creativity, energy, and a client-focused mindset to her role with Villandry Home & Outdoor Living. After building a career in branding, marketing, business development, and operations across multiple industries, she officially joined the family company in 2021 and now leads the efforts behind the brand, marketing strategy, and overall client experience.
Known for her bubbly personality, collaborative approach, and genuine interest in people, Brianna is passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients and ensuring every interaction feels personal, authentic, and memorable. She enjoys combining her creative eye with strategic thinking to help grow the company while delivering an elevated experience for homeowners from their first inquiry through project completion.
Outside of work, Brianna spends most of her time with her husband and two young children, exploring local bakeries and coffee shops, and getting lost in a good book. Her favorite day on any project is photoshoot day, when the team's hard work is captured and shared with the world.
Eric P.
Sales Consultant
Whether he's collaborating with the team in the office or meeting with clients, Eric brings a people-first approach to his role as a Sales Consultant with Villandry Home & Outdoor Living. After building a career in corporate IT sales and residential solar, he was drawn back to what he enjoys most - building genuine relationships, helping people, and making a meaningful impact.
Known for his positive attitude, quick wit, and genuine care for others, Eric is passionate about listening to homeowners' ideas and helping bring their visions to life. He joined the company because of its strong family values, commitment to quality, and the opportunity to work alongside people he has known and respected for years.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and son and being an active part of the New Hampshire community he is proud to call home.
Jason K.
Carpenter
Jason brings a strong work ethic, positive energy, and a passion for craftsmanship to every project. Having moved from Ireland, what started as a chance opportunity to help a contractor friend in Boston quickly turned into a career he loves. Over the past 10+ years, he has gained experience in all phases of residential construction, from framing to finish work, with a particular focus on decking and framing.
Driven by pride in his work, Jason enjoys seeing a project come together from the ground up and takes satisfaction in delivering a finished product that both he and the homeowner can be proud of. He is passionate about creating a smooth, stress-free experience for clients and teammates alike and values the relationships built throughout the process.
Jason has an appreciation for the construction industry's constant evolution, with new materials, products, and techniques always emerging. Outside of work, Jason can be found singing along with his guitar, learning something new, or hiking with his dog.
