Unsable pressure treated deck that was falling off the house. They had no outdoor space (yard was basically spotty grass).
How did you solve the problem?
- Replaced the existing pressure treated deck with a new mineral based composite structure with a a dry space system beneath
- Connected the upper deck with a walkingway and granite steps to the lower level patio
- Expansive hardscape patio area with a firepit
Project Details:
A beautiful Backyard Oasis, these homeowners desired the ideal backyard for spending with their family and entertaining. Starting with a composite deck off the house, we incorporated a dry system underneath for full top to bottom space utilization. The upper deck leads to a lower patio area through a stone paver walkway and granite steps.
A key feature to this design was the entertainment area beneath the deck. With a mini
refrigerator, tv and lounge furniture, the usable space below the deck is perfect for relaxing or
entertaining. Providing both visibility and ambiance, landscape lighting throughout makes the
entire space feel like a backyard oasis.
- Scope: Full backyard transformation to include an upper level composite deck with dry space down below, walkway, hardscape patio and firepit.
