No true primary suite, Mom and Dad wanted their own private space that wasn’t right next to their three young kids. The lot wasn’t very big so a larger addition wasn’t feasible, we needed to achieve more space without increasing the footprint.

A busy and active household with small young kids, Mom and Dad were looking for a quiet space to call their own. The solution? A simple, yet elegant primary suite addition.
Built as if it were always there, we added this second floor primary suite above an existing first floor living space. The combination of large windows, recessed lighting and a cathedral ceiling make this bedroom oasis feel bright and open. This space also includes a sliding barn door, dedicated heat/ac source, walk-in closet and a serene private bathroom with double sinks, fully tiled shower and a glass enclosure.
