We’ll walk through your space (or review photos/plans), gather measurements, and introduce you to our Proven Process. This step is all about listening and aligning our expertise with your goals.

Once we have a good understanding of your needs, we provide an estimated cost based on the scope and vision discussed. Our team will break down pricing by categories, giving you a clear overview of the project investment. This helps ensure that expectations are aligned and that we’re set to move forward without any surprises.
Planning & Design
Bringing Ideas to Life
Once the budget is aligned, we dive into the design phase, where creativity meets precision. You’ll collaborate with our team to refine your vision through 2D/3D renderings, detailed drawings, and curated material selections. This phase includes a Style Meeting, budget refinements, and signing the Planning & Design Agreement.
We’ll also conduct a full project audit and begin preparing for permitting and selections—laying the foundation for a smooth build.
Project Prep
Setting the Stage for Success
With the design finalized and agreements signed, our team prepares your home—and our crew—for construction. This includes final selections, scheduling, permitting, and onboarding into our communication platform, JobTread. You’ll meet with your dedicated team during a formal Handoff Meeting to review every detail and timeline.
Build

We bring your space to life with expert craftsmanship and a commitment to quality. Our in-house professionals and trusted trade partners adhere to the highest standards—from structural integrity to site cleanliness. You’ll receive consistent updates and access to your project calendar as we progress through each phase of construction, inspections, and quality checks.
