Rich Villandry, co-owner of Villandry Home & Outdoor Living, has spent a lifetime immersed in construction. Raised on job sites and taught by his father from an early age, Rich was quite literally born into the trade. What began as a young boy learning the basics of carpentry quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for building—and eventually, a business rooted in craftsmanship, service, and legacy.

In 1997, Rich launched his first company under the name Rick Villandry Remodeling. As the demand for high-quality residential work grew, so did his vision. Over the years, the business expanded beyond interior work to include full-scale outdoor living projects, leading to the evolution of Villandry Home & Outdoor Living. Today, Rich and his team specialize in creating custom spaces that bring families together and enhance everyday living.

For Rich, construction isn’t just about the build—it’s about the people and the purpose behind each project. His vision is to grow the company in a way that gives back: creating opportunity for his team, leaving a lasting mark on the community, and delivering projects that clients can enjoy for generations. It’s about building a legacy that’s bigger than himself—one deck, porch, or home at a time.

When he’s not leading the team or meeting with clients, Rich enjoys hunting, ice fishing, hiking, and listening to podcasts. Through Villandry Home & Outdoor Living, he continues to blend his deep-rooted experience with a forward-thinking approach, always focused on quality, integrity, and meaningful impact.
