Natural light from the walkout layout keeps the space feeling open and connected, while layered textures and custom built-ins create a welcoming atmosphere year-round.
At the heart of the space is a full luxury kitchen featuring high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, and a stunning waterfall-edge island designed for hosting and everyday use alike. Nearby, a lounge area with a built-in bar and a live edge bar top overlooking the backyard create inviting spaces to gather, relax, and entertain.
