The existing basement, located in Merrimack, NH, did not meet the client’s vision for a multifunctional and stylish space. To address this, we created a fully custom basement that included everything the client desired. We transformed an outdated finished basement into a luxurious entertainment getaway, perfectly tailored to our client’s unique style and needs.
The clients desired a home theater, bar and billiards area, fitness room, full bath, guest room, steam room, and sauna. One of the standout features is the custom plaster-finished steam room, which provides a spa-like retreat within the home. The Harley Davidson-themed bar boasts rough-cut natural wood coffered ceilings, a custom beveled edge bar top with a foot rail, and a floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplace. The bar is enhanced with custom mirrors and shelving etched with the Harley Davidson logo and accented with stylish lighting.
The result is a sophisticated and highly functional space that caters to entertainment, relaxation, and fitness and reflects the client’s passions and lifestyle.
