Rick Villandry, Sr.
Co-Owner
As a lifelong craftsman, Rick began his career learning from and working alongside his father. Continuing to hone his craft, he worked with various construction companies over the years, becoming a well-rounded and highly skilled craftsman. With a wealth of knowledge and a drive to build something of his own, Rick established Rick Villandry Remodeling, one of southern New Hampshire’s leading residential remodeling companies. Nearly 30 years later, this has evolved into Villandry Home & Outdoor Living. Rick oversees all moving parts on each job site, working directly with our trade partners and clients to ensure seamless integration and execution. Known for his straightforward approach, friendly demeanor, and excellent communication, Rick believes in building with quality and integrity. He holds everyone to a high standard and ensures projects run smoothly. His favorite part of the job is building relationships … and operating his excavator.
Rich Villandry, Jr.
Co-Owner
Like his father, Rich Villandry, Jr. was born with the trade in his blood, growing up on job sites alongside Rick. Taking a slightly different path, Rich pursued a professional degree in Construction Management and Architecture. After gaining experience at a Massachusetts-based engineering firm, he joined his father in the home remodeling business. Rich works directly with the clients/homeowners throughout the entire process, from initial consultation to post-construction. Rich is known for his calm, personable demeanor and passion for innovative building technology and design. He is dedicated to exploring new products, methods, and materials to stay at the forefront of evolving building practices. Rich is determined to build the best team possible, leveraging his analytical skills and natural problem-solving abilities to ensure project success.
Brianna Villandry
Marketing & Client Experience
Brianna Villandry officially joined the team in 2021 after previously working behind the scenes. With a dynamic background in branding, marketing, business development, and operations, she brings a unique blend of expertise to residential home remodeling and outdoor living. Having navigated various industries, Brianna has honed her skills in crafting effective marketing strategies and fostering meaningful connections with clients. At the helm of marketing and client experience, Brianna ensures that every interaction is personalized, authentic, and exceptional. Known for her bubbly and personable demeanor, she loves getting to know clients and their families. With a creative eye, Brianna drives and builds the brand, making every photo shoot day her favorite part of the job. Originally from Ireland, Jason Kavanagh found his way into carpentry in the Boston area, quickly discovering a deep love and passion for the trade. Driven, caring, and a social butterfly, Jason is known for his hardworking nature and dedication to his craft. With extensive experience from framing to finish, his specialties lie in decking and framing. Jason is passionate about providing a smooth, stress-free process for both clients and coworkers, taking pride in his work and the client experience. "There is no better feeling than looking at a project knowing that you built it from the ground up," he says. Jason thrives on the industry's constant evolution, embracing new materials and building practices, and he believes it's the job of craftsmen to evolve along with it.
