MERRIMACK, NH
The Harrington Outdoor Living project in Merrimack, NH, was essentially a full backyard transformation – to include a new deck, pool and hardscaped patio. For the deck, we replaced an existing composite deck structure with a more elaborate design that features custom bench seating and flower boxes. The pool and patio area extends from the deck, to down and around the pool, creating a nice flow between spaces.
One notable feature that we incorporated into the deck design was a triple herringbone corner border, which was also mirrored on the bench seating. Another key design element was the way that we built the reveal from the deck skirting right in line with the stairs, creating a completely seamless look. The final ‘wow factor’ in this backyard oasis was the water feature in the pool.
