The Sibley Sunroom Addition was a straightforward project, but with a strong emphasis on a well insulated envelope. A proper envelope ensures that the space is comfortable and quiet, making it enjoyable year-round.
For efficient temperature control, we installed a split system for both heat and air conditioning – not too hot or too cold, but just right. The combination of large windows with a cathedral ceiling and recessed lighting really made the space feel open and bright. To draw the eye upwards, we incorporated a painted v-groove pine ceiling with a contrasting wood beam. The perfect compliment to the wood beam on the ceiling, we installed hardwood floors throughout.
